Privacy Policy
Last updated · June 2026
Ariviz ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We try to keep it short and plain.
1. Who we are
Ariviz is a creative and AI studio. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we act as the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@ariviz.com.
2. What we collect
- Contact details you send us — name, email, company, message — when you email us or fill in a form.
- Basic usage data — pages viewed, device type, country — collected by our analytics, in aggregate, to understand what's useful.
- Cookies — see our cookie policy for the full list.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to enquiries and run projects you've hired us for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To improve the site and our work — measuring traffic, fixing bugs, learning what resonates (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest).
- To send occasional updates only if you've explicitly opted in (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Who we share it with
We use a small set of trusted sub-processors to run the site and our business. They process data only on our behalf and under written agreements:
- Hosting and database — Supabase (EU region where available).
- Email delivery — when we reply to you, via our email provider.
- Scheduling — Cal.com, if you book a call through our site.
- Analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregated.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Project records: as long as needed to honour our contract and any legal obligation (typically 6 years for invoices). Analytics: aggregated and retained no longer than 14 months.
6. Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email hello@ariviz.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Security
We use TLS everywhere, role-based access to our tools, and the principle of least privilege. No system is perfectly secure — we'll tell you promptly if anything material ever goes wrong.
8. Changes
We'll post any changes to this policy here and update the date at the top. Significant changes will be emailed to anyone affected.
